Our ground works team will take your site from bare earth to a solid foundation for your home. In line with our thermal performance standards, the substructure is designed to minimise thermal bridging and deliver a U value of 0.1W/m²K.
We aim to complete the substructure with a low carbon footprint, where possible.
The wall and roof panels of your home are prefabricated in our factory. Once complete, we deliver them to site and crane them into position.
